"A USER INTERFACE IS LIKE A JOKE: IF YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN IT, IT’S NOT THAT GOOD"

- Unknown

A good joke is succinct. It should have just enough detail to set the scene and deliver a punch line at the end. Good design, whether it’s for an application, website or game, should follow the same pattern; a clear path for the user to follow, a way to learn key things along the way, and just the right ending, for both the user and the business. Pattern UI/UX was created by Jim Greeson to tell jokes (not the kind your dad tells... good ones!) that lead to better acquisition, engagement and monetization of your product.

"From my experience, there are very few designers who can do what Jim does: deep-dive on a vision, understand the constraints, communicate with key stakeholders, and then deliver a design that is great even on the very first pass - and gets even better as we iterate together. Jim has added tremendous value to our project and our team."
